Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") applies to all services and digital products offered by Gray's Astrology Services (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By purchasing any services or digital products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.
Refund Policy
Digital Products:
All sales of digital downloads, including but not limited to eBooks, guides, courses, and other digital content, are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for digital products under any circumstances.
Services:
Refunds for services, including astrology consultations, classes, or other booked appointments, will be issued only in cases where the Company is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
Advance Notice:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Timely cancellations will allow other clients the opportunity to book the time slot.
Cancellations Without Notice or No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
In such cases, the full amount of the service fee will be retained by the Company as a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling:
Clients who provide at least 48 hours' notice may request to reschedule their appointment subject to availability.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
In the rare event the Company must cancel an appointment, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the service fee.
Additional Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the Company's services after any modifications to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We will collect your name and email address if you choose to sign up for our newsletter, free offers and events or if you submit an application for coaching, readings, community and online classes. If you contact us with an inquiry, we will collect your name and email address. We do not store credit card or banking information for purchases made through this site. We do not store date of birth after astrology services are rendered.
